Retail Confectioners International (RCI), has announced its 2023 Annual Convention & Industry Expo will be held June 12-16 at Wisconsin Center District Convention Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
According to the organization, Milwaukee was chosen for its proximity with a large group of candy manufacturers and suppliers.
Facilitating connections between candy manufacturers and their suppliers has been an integral part of the association's events for more than 100 years. This announcement follows a successful July event in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Angie Burlison, RCI Executive Director, stated that "we look forward to providing another impactful attendee experiences in 2023, including plenty of connections, valuable education sessions and confectionery tours, and the Industry Expo.".
RCI invites equipment, packaging, chocolate, and other suppliers to reserve booths for the Industry Expo on June 13-14.
Burlison stated that the Industry Expo, which is held in conjunction with the convention, offers candy makers a unique opportunity to not only meet suppliers but also to see, touch, and sometimes taste new products.
